Teknoloje Solutions uses Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data. Beyond analytics, we collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us — through the contact form, by email, or by booking a call. This policy sets out exactly what is collected, who else receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Teknoloje Solutions (“Teknoloje”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at teknoloje.com and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
The contact form on this site asks for the following. Only your name, email address and message are needed to reach us; the rest simply help us reply usefully.

If you email or telephone us directly, we hold whatever you choose to include in that correspondence.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser user-agent and referring page. These are produced by the web server for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to build a profile of you.
We use Google Analytics, through Google’s Site Kit plugin for WordPress, to measure how visitors use this website — which pages are viewed, for how long, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), and the type of device and browser used. Google Analytics derives an approximate location (country and city) from your IP address; it does not store the IP address itself. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets the cookies described in section 3 below. It is not linked to the contact form, and the details you send us through the form are not passed to Google.
This website uses two kinds of cookie, both set on the teknoloje.com domain: one that remembers your cookie choice, and Google Analytics cookies for counting visits.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them; until then, and if you decline, Google Analytics counts the visit without setting cookies or identifying your browser. Elsewhere, the Google Analytics cookies are set when you visit unless you decline.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will continue to work normally. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The booking calendar on our Schedule a Consultation page is provided by Calendly and is loaded from Calendly’s servers when you view that part of the page; Calendly may set its own cookies under its own policy. No other page loads Calendly.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, or to professional advisers who are under a duty of confidentiality.
We are based in Pakistan and operate in the United Arab Emirates, and the services listed above are run from other countries including the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, sending us an enquiry involves transferring your data outside that region. Where we engage a supplier to handle your data, we seek appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to.
To exercise any of these, email info@teknoloje.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may first ask you to confirm your identity. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
This website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it in order to reply to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material, credentials, or patient or customer records through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a secure channel.
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
