These terms govern your use of the teknoloje.com website. They are not the terms on which we deliver client work — engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement prevails.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Teknoloje Solutions (“Teknoloje”, “we”, “us”), Anum Estate, Suite 703, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi 75350, Pakistan. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is for

The site describes our services in AI agents, voice AI and agentic automation, and the products we build. It is provided for general information and to let you get in touch with us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.

3. Content is informational, not advice

Case studies, metrics, articles and product descriptions on this site describe work we have carried out or capabilities we offer. They are illustrative. Results depend on circumstances that differ between organisations, and nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular outcome.

Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, clinical, financial or compliance advice. Our products operate in regulated settings — healthcare and financial services among them — and it remains your responsibility to obtain your own professional advice on the obligations that apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or impairs it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• introduce malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to collect data from the site, without our written permission;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, design, graphics, diagrams, logos and software — belongs to Teknoloje or is used with permission. The Teknoloje name and logo, and the product names Coherent, Tek-Candor, Tek-Insight, Tek-Remittance and SmartPay, are marks of Teknoloje or its partners.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal reference. You may not republish, sell, or use our material commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party websites, including our product sites and services such as Calendly. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, without notice, for maintenance or any other reason. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

These exclusions apply to the website. Liability in respect of client engagements is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are dealing with us as a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your local law.
